Susan Hart - Nutrition coach
Susan delivers healthy eating advice to individuals, groups and businesses. By talking informally about how to develop a healthy balanced diet, she encourages people to make small but permanent changes to the foods they eat and the lifestyle choices they make.
You can visit Susan's West Bridgford premises, where you will receive a one to one tailored nutrition consultation. Or have a video consultation if you’d prefer. She will help, advise and support you to reach your health or wellbeing goal.
Being a chef is a great advantage as it allows Susan to develop healthy eating recipes for those that need a helping hand. This has led to the creation of her vegan cooking school, where guests can update their skills, learn new ones and take home tasty vegan meals. This has also developed into making vegan ready meals for some of her clients: which can be gluten free if required
Working with local instructors allows her to offer wellbeing events at her premises such as yoga, pilates and mindfulness. A vegan lunch or afternoon tea is always included.

Liam Bagguley - Yoga and Pilates Teacher, Personal Trainer
Liam is the owner of LDB Health and Fitness. He trained and began teaching yoga, after finding that yoga helped him with his health and well being.
His main passion is teaching restorative yoga, a practice involving gentle stretching movements. This assists recovery of the body and the mind, and is ideal for combining with other forms of exercise to assist in flexibility and muscle recovery, but also just for mental health and well being. Taking time out of our hectic lifestyles is important and often forgotten about.
Liam also teaches Pilates, which builds core stability which is an essential factor in most exercises but also for day-to-day life. It assists with balance and posture which are sometimes neglected in modern living.
Liam is a qualified personal trainer. He has a passion for weight loss and helping people to achieve a sustainable and healthy lifestyle. Having battled obesity and lost a large amount of weight himself, Liam's experience helps him to understand his clients and their struggles in a way that other personal trainers may never be able to grasp. Liam also has a keen interest in strength training and athleticism, and helping his clients to achieve their strength and fitness goals.
Liam believes passionately that all of the above can be compiled to provide a well rounded lifestyle supporting mental wellness and physical health.
In his spare time, Liam likes to spend time walking his dogs and promoting a vegan lifestyle.
